Quality begins with, being where you sell your product, being with the consumer, learning first hand. For a lot of other big players, it takes several months till feedback from the market gets through to the supply chain. Cycleman learned those fundamental rules very early, that the key to fast development and good quality is an international team and a very close corporation with the clients. More than 7 years ago, Cycleman started to expand its team and opened its own service station in the center of Europe. The location in Austria is used for frequent meetings with clients, technical trainings, B2B service and consultancy. The past 8 years, the Cycleman team has established two own brands in Europe and understands the importance of well working service structures and the market in general quite well. The facility in Austria also includes a battery laboratory and an assembling factory for some high-end products and some well experienced European engineers from the bicycle industry.
