How does an established leading OEM and R&D manufacturer in the ebike industry handle its relationships to Europe.
A service station, a team locally, customer visits, close developments with clients and travels around Europe to understand consumers and the market, play a crucial role in the whole process.
Besides the team locally, also Cycleman’s managers travel to Europe 4-5 times per year to spend time at the service station and arrange personal meetings with clients. From 22nd March till 5th of April Mark Rao (GM) and Daniel Chen (Sales Manager) flew to Austria, Czech Republic, Norway and Spain.

Together with the local Cycleman team in Europe, they did some technical trainings for new technologies and worked on future developments with the designers and engineers of some clients.

From every trip we return with some good inspirations and ideas!

The closeness to our clients, through these trips and our service station, helps our young Chinese and Austrian design team a lot to come up with innovative design solutions.
